As the founder and Managing Director of Axia Litigation Lawyers, Adam has had a distinguished career dedicated to Litigation and Dispute Resolution. His expertise spans Commercial Litigation, Building & Construction, Corporate Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Business and Property Disputes where he consistently delivers exceptional litigation services.

Admitted in January 2003, after his graduation and admission to legal practice, Adam accepted a role with a large CBD law firm, with offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, to work in their insurance litigation section. He later accepted a role with another large firm who had offices in both Brisbane and Toowoomba, where he quickly rose to the position of Senior Associate and then Head of Department before establishing his own litigation practice in 2007. Adam has appeared in the Supreme Court of Queensland, various interstate courts, the Federal Court, the Federal Circuit Court, District Court, Magistrates Court, and QCAT.

Adam’s genuine desire to help people navigate the complexities of the legal system and achieve otherwise unattainable outcomes is the driving force behind his work.

Under Adam’s leadership, Axia Litigation Lawyers has become a recognised force in the world of litigation, serving clients on the Sunshine Coast, as well as nationally and internationally. With over 20 years of experience, Adam is not only a seasoned professional but also a compassionate advocate, dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for his clients.

Outside of his legal practice, Adam enjoys spending time with friends and family, whether at the beach, on his farm, or engaging in water sports at Somerset Dam.
